Mid-term property inspections in Leeds

A visit part way through the tenancy to check condition, repairs, damp and alarms.

A mid-term inspection, or interim inspection, is a check on the property during the tenancy. It shows the landlord how the property is being looked after, picks up repairs the tenant may not have reported, and spots damp, mould and leaks early.

For HMOs and student lets in areas like Headingley and Hyde Park, regular inspections also help keep shared areas in order. We give the tenant notice through the landlord or agent, as the tenancy requires.
