Property Inventory Leeds is a trading name of Property Report Management Services Limited (company number 14763007, registered office 47 Telegraph Road, Heswall, Wirral, CH60 0AD), which is the data controller.

What we collect

When you use the contact or quote form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the property address and anything else you include in your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange and carry out any work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as we need them for the tenancy, accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Contact us at hello@propertyinventoryleeds.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
